Congrats to the sophomores and seniors for winning powderpuff last night and thanks to everyone who participated and came out to have some fun!!
Class standings for spirit week this far: in 4th place is the freshmen with 405 points, 3rd place with 506 points is the seniors, Sophomores in 2nd with 553, and the Juniors are winning with 611 points. As a reminder tug of war will be in the abbey gym today during lunch. We will get started around 12:30. Don't forget the winners will go against the staff during the pep session!
Thursday Additions:

NJHS and NHS members, the meeting is now rescheduled for next Friday during Academic Enrichment in Mrs. Stockwell's room.
Wednesday Additions:
There will be a brief meeting today with Coach Grant and Coach Garmatter during junior high lunch today for any 7th or 8th grader interested in playing boys basketball this year. We will meet in the high school gym.
There will be a Jr. High Student Council meeting in Mr. Branan's room on Friday during AE.

Attention Seniors: The Senior Activities Information Form has been sent to your email. Please complete and submit by Friday, October 31st. If you do not meet the deadline for turning in this form, “No information provided” will be listed beside your name in the yearbook. Any questions, see Mrs. Cuellar
National Honor Society members - please remember that $8.50 for letterman patches is due to Mrs. Stockwell by this Friday!

Students - need an after-school pick-me-up? Wednesday at dismissal and throughout parent/teacher conferences, Power Up Nutrition's truck will be parked at the B4 doors and open to sell refreshers, coffees, or protein shakes. Keep the Spirit Week Energy going with a drink from Power Up Nutrition!

Monday Announcements:
Sophomores! Order your sophomore class spirit wear so you can show your class spirit for this year's events. Flyers are available in the High School office, online and in Miss Shumway's room. Deadline to order is Oct 10th.
Attention senior class, please have all OSU/Penn State Raffle Tickets turned into Miss Wente by Wednesday, October 8th.

At the Waynesfield Goshen Night Meet, The HS boys finished 3rd. Wyatt Foust won the race, with Micah Benedict finishing 4th and Andrew Kitner finished 15th, and Jadyn Sammet placed 17th. All Six boys finished in the top 21. The MS Boys won their race with Thomas Craig taking 1st, Tobin Foust was 4th, Jonah Benedict placed 5th, Asher Fought finished 7th, Daniel Reese was 8th, Blake Ludos was 9th, and Daulton Ludwig was 15th. The next Cross Country meet is this sat at the NWCC championships ay Waynesfield Goshen.

The high school student council needs your help to raise funds for a fun event where cheerleaders will pie a football player! Donations will be collected during homeroom, and you can contribute any amount you wish, every little bit counts! On Friday at the pep rally watch the football players take the pie!
