Environmental Science students had the opportunity to learn about trapping from community member Mr. Mark Brumbaugh. Along with a wide variety of furs he brought with him today, he shared his personal experiences and lessons he has learned over the years. Monday: Read a shirt day - Wear any shirt with school-appropriate words. Tuesday: Reading knocks your socks off - Wear your crazy socks. Or don’t wear any socks at all! Wednesday: Cozy up with a good book - Wear your favorite winter hat, fuzzy socks, or pajamas. Thursday: Wild About Reading - Wear any animal print or animal shirt. Friday: Monster University Day - Wear your favorite school or university colors. #HornetStrong

March is Music in our Schools month! We kick off the month with our Showcase of Bands concert on Thursday, March 3 at 7:30pm in the auditorium. Admission is free and will include performances by the 5th grade band, 6th grade band, 7/8 grade band and high school band.

The weather sure tried but it just couldn't keep us from celebrating those 2nd Quarter Honor Roll students! Students enjoyed hot chocolate, cookies and lots of laughter with fellow classmates!
